designing for living: rebrand concept for Brookfield Properties
For my work with Brookfield Properties, I was tasked with concepting a visual identity for the luxury real estate developer. The goal was to articulate the human experience of their multi-use portfolio—encompassing everything from retail and residential to experiential spaces—by anchoring the brand in the concept of "the spaces we inhabit."
To bring this to life, I utilized a bold, industrial grid system as the primary design element. This structured framework serves as a metaphor for the places where people gather, representing both the functional rigor of the firm and a flexible foundation for endless potential. It was a study in balancing a massive, global scale with a human-centered perspective.
