GGP wanted to provide online brands the opportunity to utilize a brick and mortar space strategically located along Chicago’s magnificent mile. Due to the high price point, emerging brands are rarely able to showcase in person. IRL was uniquely positioned to provide these brands a tangible experience for their shoppers.

A robust print and digital marketing campaign was developed to increase top-of-mind awareness while driving foot traffic to the property. It provided opportunities for GGP to attract new tenants that hadn’t considered the traditional shopping experience before.
